Processing time is between 1-5 working days


Usually the delivery time is 15 days, and on Christmas and Easter holidays cand take to 30 working days.

We will send the products from the nearest wearhouse to you.

Please note that orders placed at the weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the first working day that follows, also note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

– the product is currently out of stock;

-billing addresses are not the same;

-order is pending a credit approval and verification.


You can return your item in 14 days since the delivery date. We can not offer you a refund or exchange after those  14 days pases.

To be eligible for a return, your content must be unused and must be sent back in the same condition that you received it, and in the same package.

We will not refund the entire value if the item it’s damaged.


After we receive the item, and we inspect it, we will send you an email with the status, were we will tell you if the refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund it is approved we will send back your money within a couple of days.

If after the refund is approved you do not receive your money back in one week, please check your bank account again, and after that feel free to contact us and we will do our best to find out the problem and give you a feedback of the status.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to, and send your item to us (we will send you the details in the email)

To return the item, first send us an e-mail with the details about the problem (we will send you the details in the e-mail on how to proceed)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 60$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
